Airline Information
American Airlines
American Airlines is offering a 5% discount off their lowest applicable published airfare. To make a discount reservation, go to www.aa.com and refer to Promotion Code: 4230AD. You may also call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 800-433-1790. A ticketing charge of $20 per ticket will apply for any ticket purchased through an American Airlines Reservation office (subject to change). For airport purchases the ticketing charge is $30 per ticket (subject to change).
Airport Ground Transportation
SuperShuttle Denver is offering AORN attendees discounted shuttle service to/from Denver International Airport (DIA). Online reservations are accepted on the SuperShuttle Website using the discount code: FWEPW. Reservations can also be made by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN and referencing the discount code. Taxis
Taxis are available on Level 5 of the Denver International Airport (DIA), at door 507 in the east terminal and door 510 in the west terminal. A flat rate of $51.00 plus a $3.50 gate fee is offered by both Metro Taxi (303.333.3333) and Yellow Cab (303.777.7777) taxi companies.
Shuttle Service
AORN provides shuttle service between all of the AORN official hotels and the Colorado Convention Center, except the Courtyard by Marriott, Crowne Plaza, The Curtis, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center, and Hotel Teatro, which are all considered walking hotels. Shuttle service begins Saturday, March 13, and ends Thursday, March 18, 2009.
All other hotels will have shuttle service operating on a peak schedule as follows:

6:30 am – 7:30 pm 30 minute intervals
Sunday, March 14
5:30 am – 11:15 am 30 minute intervals
11:15 am – 6:15 pm 15 minute intervals
Monday, March 15
6:30 am – 10:30 am 15 minute intervals
10:30 am – 4:30 pm no service
4:30 pm – 8:45 pm 15 minute intervals
Tuesday, March 16
6:30 am – 10:30 am 15 minute intervals
10:30 am – 3:00 pm no service
3:00 pm – 7:00 pm 15 minute intervals
Wednesday, March 17
6:30 am – 10:30 am 15 minute intervals
10:30 am – 2:00 pm no service
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm 15 minute intervals
Thursday, March 18
6:30 am – 10:30 am 15 minute intervals
10:30 am – 1:30 pm no service
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm 15 minute intervals

If you do require a visa, and need a letter of invitation to AORN Congress, please download an invitation letter. Should your embassy require a personalized letter, please contact Emily O’Connell for a personalized letter of invitation.

Electric Scooters
To rent electric scooters, please contact Marshall Robinson & Associates at 903-897-2091. Scooters are in high demand; please contact Marshall Robinson & Associates for advance reservations. Upon arrival, scooters will be available for pick-up in room 303 in the Colorado Convention Center. Marshall Robinson & Associates also provides overnight scooter battery recharge.
