Support AORN and Book Your Room at One of the Official Congress Hotels
By booking your sleeping room through QBS and staying at an official AORN Congress Hotel you are supporting AORN and helping your association meet its obligations and control attendee registration costs. As you may know, when AORN books a Congress city, it commits to more than 25,000 guest rooms and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. This kind of buying power allows AORN to negotiate the best rates for its attendees, command premier venues around the city, and get great discounts on services for AORN events. Every attendee who books a room outside of AORN’s room block compromises the association’s ability to meet its obligations to the hotels, and exposes AORN to significant financial penalties.
So, it’s imperative that AORN members support its association by staying at one of the official Congress hotels. By doing so, you will be at the epicenter of the conference and contribute to AORN’s ability to control dues and registration fees and put the association in a strong position to contract for future conferences with the properties and destinations that will best meet the needs of AORN members.
In the event you have any problems with your reservation or accommodations, QBS/AORN can only assist in reconciling those issues if your reservation was booked through QBS. If you have questions about an unauthorized solicitation, the online system, or about housing in general, please contact Cindy Thompson at cindylu@qbsoffice.com.
